CPS Safety provides digital safety training materials, including:

  • Editable PowerPoint presentations
  • Safety program templates and documentation

All products are delivered as instant digital downloads.

3. LICENSE GRANT

Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the training materials for your organization's internal training purposes. You may:

  • Install materials on your Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Print materials for classroom training
  • Edit PowerPoint files to customize for your organization
  • Train unlimited employees within your organization

4. LICENSE RESTRICTIONS

You may NOT:

  • Upload to public file-sharing platforms

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, including text, graphics, logos, and training materials, remains the property of CPS Safety. Your license does not transfer ownership.

6. NO REFUNDS

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. Please review our Refund Policy for complete details.

7. TECHNICAL SUPPORT

We provide technical support for:

  • Download and access issues
  • LMS compatibility questions
  • File format problems

Support does not include customization services or training delivery assistance.

8. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

Training materials are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While our materials are designed to support OSHA and DOT compliance, you are responsible for ensuring your training program meets all applicable regulations for your specific industry and location.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

CPS Safety shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price paid.

10. COMPLIANCE RESPONSIBILITY

You are solely responsible for:

  • Maintaining training records
  • Conducting training in accordance with applicable laws
  • Updating materials as regulations change
