Digital Products – All Sales Final
CPS Safety specializes in digital training materials, SCORM packages, and safety program templates delivered instantly upon purchase. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable once access has been granted or download links have been provided.
Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 15 days of your purchase date. Contact us using our contact form and include your order number and reason for dissatisfaction.
Why We Don't Offer Refunds Beyond 15 Days
Digital products cannot be returned once delivered. When you purchase from CPS Safety, you receive immediate access to complete training kits, editable templates, and downloadable materials. Once the 15-day satisfaction window has passed, all sales are final.

Limited Exceptions
Refunds may be issued in the following circumstances:
